Answer: Yes. We can spread the cost of your new website over 12, 24 and 36 months. Alternatively you can pay in advance. At the end of that term you own the website and are free to take it to a new host if you wish.

Answer: YES. If you already have a domain name registered that you wish to use for your new website we can help you direct it to your new website. It is a simple common process that happens all the time. There are a few different ways to achieve this and we will advise you on whats best for you!

Answer: Yes. All new sign ups will have full ownership of their website at the end of their contracts. At this time you are free to choose to continue hosting your site with us or to move it. You even have the option to keep your account manager and full technical support.

Answer: Yes & no. Our sites will allow you to add e-commerce style buttons provided by companies such as Pay Pal, Google Checkout or WorldPay etc. You can add this very simply to any pages on your site. Our websites do not have full e-commerce functionality. If you require an online shop then we can provide you with an e-commerce solution.  

Answer: 5 to 10 working days. We allow ourselves up to 10 working days to complete the design stage of the website. In reality we usually have them completed in 2 or 3 days.

Answer: Almost everything. For your monthly fee you will receive the following:

• A full CMS easy edit website
• Hosting
• Unlimited email accounts
• Dedicated account manager
• Full technical support
• Training

What you don't get is the content on your site. As our sites are designed to leave you in control and let you add your own content - that's down to you. This does not mean that your account manager can't help and give you refresher training further down the line.
